Nutritious Snack Ideas
Research tells us that children learn best when they are being fed nutritious meals throughout the day. It is our concern, here in Union City, that our children are equipped to follow healthy and active lives. We know all children enjoy chocolate, candy, chips, soda, candy etc…. However, it is up to us as guardians and caregivers to ensure that nutritious snacks are also given to our children on a daily basis. - Sliced apples with peanut butter
- Gogurts (yogurt sips)
- Apple sauce
- Banana and peanut butter sandwiches
